Pro Landscaper Technology Award Winners 2026
Pro Landscaper announced its Most Influential Technology Providers 2026 winners on 24 September after readers nominated and voted across six categories. LandscapeBase won Estimating Technology. The awards are due to be presented in the Business Theatre at FutureScape, Farnborough, at 1pm on 14 October 2026, and Pro Landscaper says the winners will feature in its November issue.
Estimating Technology winner
LandscapeBase
The award result recognises LandscapeBase in the estimating category. Its published Auto Costing workflow is designed around the way a landscaping firm prices a garden:
- It starts with the garden drawing and specification, then measures quantities.
- It checks supplier quotes, the firm’s price book and completed gardens while retaining the source of each rate.
- It produces an editable, sectioned costing that the estimator can check before issuing the quote.

LandscapeBase won Estimating Technology only. Landscape Business AI Assistant, named in the first row, is the separate AI Solution winner. For estimating, the official LandscapeBase workflow can be checked against our own comparison.

What the result does and does not say
Why they won
Pro Landscaper has not published an individual judging reason for any winner. The announcement says readers nominated and then voted for the providers, so the result records reader preference rather than a scored product test. It does not compare price, features, contracts or implementation.
Our one-line descriptions come from each winner’s own official site and are not explanations for the vote. The same distinction applies to LandscapeBase Auto Costing: the award is useful recognition, while the workflow still needs to be tested with a real garden.
What the Estimating award means for choosing software
A reader-voted award makes LandscapeBase a credible estimating shortlist candidate, not an automatic purchase. Compare its evidence and boundaries in our landscaping estimating software guide, then use the overall software comparison to judge scheduling, site records, margin and client communication as well.
Next step
Test the winning estimating workflow.
Bring one completed garden with known quantities, supplier costs, labour and final margin. Ask LandscapeBase to reproduce the estimate before revealing the answer.
Verdict: The reader vote is useful recognition, not a substitute for a workflow test.
